I usually make an appointment to see the project then I make suggestions to ascertain exactly what the client is looking for, then I price it out and hope my price is acceptable. Then I set up a starting date.

Alternative power sources because gas i can be life threatening so the use of electricity in the form of heat pumps or geothermal heating is a safer alternative but the cost needs to be solved.
