What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to come and give them a free in-home estimate at their convenience of course. Then I will give them a ballpark verbal price in person. If they like my price in person I was I'm go back to office And write up a formal proposal with detailed description. We then get a down payment and a payment schedule and start the process of the project in hand.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed electrician and a certified plumber we have built complete custom home room additions kitchens bathrooms and finished basements. We have also work in restoration caused by fire and water.

Most jobs are different It depends on the amount of work and the size of vanities kitchen cabinets showers shower doors toilets tile And so on that's why I like to do a free in-home estimate on every job
How did you get started in this business?
I was an electrician then a electrical contractor I always wanted to get into total remodeling so I started out by finishing basement and it turned into what I do now which nowadays I only do electrical and plumbing on my own jobs.

I have worked for major corporate restaurant chains. Personal homeowners from judges to police officers school teachers retired people and senior citizens
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am very fun of a basement remodel I am working on in Greer South Carolina at this time the homeowner is great to work with in the basement is coming out perfect it is 100% new construction We started with 4 concrete walls
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be very careful of people that are not qualified make sure they have qualifications that you are looking.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How long the job will take how much money it will take to get the job completed what is the payment schedule of the job and When will the job be completed
