I’m an absolute perfectionist in everything I do . I’ll treat your home as if it’s mine. Have experience in just about everything, can call me a jack of all trades. If it’s broke I more than likely can fix it and if not , will let you know so there is no money or time wasted for either of us. I can paint,tile,drywall install,minor electrical ( install ceiling fans, dishwasher,washer/dryer,outlets,garage door opener,ring doorbell,exterior/interior lights,install wall mounted tv. Etc.) minor plumbing ( replacing toilet, sinks, drains, have done hot water heaters if just a swap and not retrofitting. I’m an excellent welder fyi. I can do it all and will not get into anything project that I do not feel comfortable about. More than happy to take a look with no commitment and if you or I don’t feel comfortable, move on. I just love doing little projects and helping people out. I’m not a big contractor and will not charge you as if I were. More than willing to talk about your project before any decisions are made so that both parties are comfortable.
