What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we meet a new customer, upon setting up the estimate, we look around a customers property and help the customer the understand what is needed to help improve the property, for maintenance and longevity of the existing landscape. We help our customers to start with items that really need immediate care. Then help our customers to set up a future plan to take care of the next item that will require attention.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 34 years of hands-on experience. This experience has given us the advantage to help our customers get an honest evaluation and a detail description of their current needs.

We have services that we render to our customers, from a one service call time to a full season contract. We offer services throughout the entire year. Every property differs one to the next. Therefore we evaluate each property that we get a call on. We do offer package deals, all from a simple lawn maintenance service to a complete year-round contract.
How did you get started in this business?
We had started our business by simply pulling a lawn mower on the back of a bicycle to cut lawns in the neighbor that we grew up in.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our customer rang from lawn maintenance and snow removal to designing and installation. We can design an existing property or we can take a brand new construction home or commercial property and turn it into a paradise right in your own back yard.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We have recently just resurfaced two existing cement staircases at the same house for a recurring customer. He was so taken by the new look, that he just could not bring his family and friends over to see the progress before it was completed. He was speechless over the projects end result. He was so pleased with the work, that he asked us to install drain-tile around the same home to control the excessive water standing around the foundation.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
If you are looking for a project to be completed that is as simple as replacing a shrub or designing a paradise backyard. Then you need to look no further. We have detailed estimators that can evaluate your project and get you answers on the spot. Customers have called us for projects that require more than just hands-on experience. Our estimators can not only give an honest estimate. We explain in detail as to why and how we will render the service needed to complete a customers concern.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
About how many years of experience they have, perhaps as to how many projects that the pro has completed in comparison to the one that the customer is calling about.
