Tom got the job done on time, as quoted and with excellent results. Our water heater is in an extremely inaccessible location. Tom and his crew worked very hard and with a lot of creativity to complete the job. I recommend him.

Toms did not fix the problem. I had to bring in another plumber the next day who did fix the problem. It turned out the problem was more complicated than originally thought, so the fact that it wasnt resolved the first time was not all his fault. But he wasnt able to diagnose the problem while the plumber I brought in the next day was able to do that quickly. The repair was a much bigger job than we thought. If it had been a simple job Toms would probably have been able to resolve it. But I spent $200 that should have resulted in a better diagnosis of the problem.

Tom waisted my time. He told me he was coming the day I called then txtd and said hell come the day after. I called him an hour and twenty minutes after our scheduled appointment and he said, Im too busy, I have a lot going on, then said hes not going to make it for another three days. Unprofessional and unreliable. I had to leave work early to be home for our appt. Thanks for not calling....Im glad I have a back up.
