I highly recommend Bill for any remodeling and home construction work you may have. Our new deck surpassed our expectations! Bill is the best: professional, personable and possesses a great attention to detail. At the end of every day our construction site was pristine. Weve had a number of projects with the house over 30 years and nobody but Bill has ever done that. I invite our friends and neighbors to come see his work. We are so pleased.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first meeting is to understand what the customer wants & to establish a budget. When new construction or remodeling are involved, the next step is to make a preliminary design or plan for the customers approval. Then preliminary costs are assembled for review. Final plans are drawn and a contract is written. The construction process is layed out series of customer selections and approval as the project is completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Business Management degree from Bradley University.
I have years of experience as both a framing & trim carpenter.
I oversee every aspect of home construction & repair and have a good general knowledge of each trade.
