We hired Rapid Pro Services to repair our Samsung Dryer, which made a loud squeeking noise when the drum turned. Sam Baez came to our house right on time. He was very friendly and professional. He said we needed a new idler pulley and belt, which he had on his truck. He disassembled the dryer, replaced the defective parts and reassembled it within a half hour. He was very respectful of our house and cleaned up afterward. Our dryer runs like new. He did a great job and best of all his prices are very fair. We feel lucky that we found Sam to repair our dryer and we will definitely call him again if we need any other appliances repaired.
