David was a huge assest in partnering with me, building a custom home of my dreams. We built a 3400 sq. ft. ranch home in 2007 - Monee, IL with numerous upgrades. The project lasted about 8 months, would have been done sooner if it wasnt for weather delays. David kept the project on time and impressed me with his organization and total home building knowledge that I needed to finish on time and on budget. True testament to my home and Davids skills are that after 8 years of living in my home, I still look forward going home everyday to a quality built home that has total usable living area! David Contorno from Accent CMS in Lisle Illinois recently was my project manager for a commercial renovation. David’s many years of experience in the construction business was a huge asset to my project. David was involved from the preplanning stage to the finished product. His knowledge, input and expertise combined with his professionalism was integral in transforming my building, formerly a furrier, into a therapeutic school. The finished building is a beautiful space for students to learn in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. David’s ability at negotiating the price point of the work that needed to be done ultimately saved me enough money to have the parking lot repaved which was not in my original budget. It was an absolute pleasure working with David on my project.

Coming in without any knowledge of the process to add a second story to our new home, David has provided tremendous guidance from the outset. Starting our planning with a well-defined budget, and knowledge of potential pitfalls has helped us feel at ease as we move forward on this project
