What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The new clientele we serve we offer 1year warranty with a majority of the work we complete and a 100% client satisfaction guarantee as well.. LaCassa Plumbing has a $29 dollar service fee that’s applied to the work performed with the $29 dollar service fee that gets a licensed plumber to your home to diagnose the issue occurring and several options for the client to choose from.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We went through a four year apprenticeship through the state of Illinois to become a journeyman plumber.. Carmen LaCassa started out in the trenches of Lagrange Illinois doing sewer repair and installs for a large number of newer Victorian homes from that he started doing more of the new construction for those homes. Once the economy crashed he turned to the service industry to better serve the community and fell in love with servicing the clientele.. We at LaCassa Plumbing love what we do and the clients we serve.

How did you get started in this business?
started as a apprentice doing residential new construction in Lagrange il, went in the service end 8 years later.. stayed with the service world because of the satisfaction I received from helping my clients.. worked for several larger companies to learn the business aspect of the plumbing world.. what started out as side jobs, then word of mouth picked up to the point where I Was really busy.. as a father of three beautiful girls and a husband to my beautiful wife :) I decided I wanted more for my family but to also show my clients you don’t need to have a great service plumber in their homes but can also have a great plumber at a reasonable cost with the same quality equipment and parts.. love my clients and my job..
