Ability Construction

Ability Construction transformed our River front cottage into a luxurious home! Sy was wonderful, he was friendly and completed tasks in a timely manner. He did major reconstruction inside the home by converting a bedroom and dining-room into a large living-room with private hallway to bathroom. French-doors were installed to separate living-room from the bar area. New diamond-shaped, no maintenance windows were installed, and the paint and trim work is gorgeous. All new wood floors were installed throughout. friends and family love them! They love everything! Porcelain tile floor was installed in rear entry room. New Exterior door and storm door was installed after the floor was raised to deter floods. Exterior work included new roof on home, roof repair on garage; after a tree fell on it. All new gutters placed on both home and garage. We are currently enlisting Ability Construction to increase our outdoor living space to our front porch and new kitchen windows. In the near future, more new windows upstairs, and finally, new kitchen countertops and wall tile. Thank you Ability Construction! :)

The staff doing the work did an excellent job on our 1st floor home modification project. They were cordial, personable and reliable.
