Dan’s Lock & Key Service
About
I actually answer the phone. I provide 24 service. I’m very popular with Nieghborhood groups, Moms and Dads of Garfield ridge, Moms and Dads of Mt. Greenwood and Beverly. I pride myself with doing things the right way. If I can save my customer money by repairing instead of replacing I do it. I also do not gouge my customers if they have to call me in an emergency.
i have been in business for 41 years and I’m still learning.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was called out at 3 into the morning for a lady locked out of unit in a downtown high rise. When I arrived I found that her outside door lock had been destroyed by a bogus locksmith that she called from the internet. Her particular lock is $800. to replace. This bogus locksmith charged her $300. And didn’t get her into the unit. Because of the damage he caused it took me over an hour to get her in. This was a building that I have been the locksmith there since it was built. If she would have called me first it would have only been $120. with no damage since I have a master key for the units. I repaired the lock with parts I had. I charged her $250. She couldn’t stop hugging me.
