What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a message from a potential customer, we ask for their name, contact number, e-mail, property address and service request details. Then we conduct a site visit to inspect and record all the potential area that would benefit from our power washing and treatment services. A work order is then created mapping out the entire property but only pricing out the specified requested areas. This document with picture details is then sent to the clients e-mail for review and questions. If the client requests services, we then schedule and coordinate from that point on.

20-plus years of experience after developing the pattern power washing method of cleaning most any outdoor surfaces; like wood, masonry, siding & composite materials.
