What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to be transparent with my new customers. Explaining in terms that won't confuse or overwhelm them with technical terminolgy. I believe patiences is the key, I want to undertand and meet our customers needs so that I my first experience with the customer sets the tone to developing a lasting relationship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Drainlayers/Sewer Licence with the City of Chicago and a Home Repair License.

I charge by the job not by the hour. This elimiates the anxiety a customer may feel when the clock starts ticking
How did you get started in this business?
I actually started off in iron and sales believe it or not and soon transitioned into plumbing. I worked first as a plumbers assistance and learned from the best! I have been doing plumbing for over 20 years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with residential, commercial and industrial.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We did a simple adjustment for non-for-profit organization at no charge. Though the job was expedient, it was a rewarding experience; we are always proud to be of service to a business that gives back to the community.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advise the following:
Look for someone who is knowlegable, pasionate, patient and has excellect customer service skills.
I believe in being as transparent as possible with my clients, so they are not left with the feeling that their needs are not being met.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Naturally the customer wants to ensure that have the right professional to get the job done, so always first ask these important questions of every professional:
Are you licensed and insured? Can you provide a free evaluation? Do you offer a warranty?
Once these preliminaries are addressed the client will feel more comfortable discussing their needs further.
