We schedule customers on same day next day.
Service call is only $99 and if you do the repairs with us there is no service call.
We offer 90 day warranty on parts and labor.
We dont perfom repairs until you approve the cost.

We have technicians with up to 40 years of experience with formal appliance repair and electronics. Our factory-trained with and a background in electronics. They have a strong desire to help resolve all kinds of issues with appliances. Our technicians attend training classes to keep up with the newest technologies.

We prefer work on a per job basis so it does not get too expensive if the technician has to spend some extra time fixing the appliance.

We work with residential and commercial customers throughout the Chicagoland area and northwest Indiana.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for someone with experience because it is important.
Ask if they carry parts.
Ask about the cost of service call and do not be fooled by cheaper service call. Cheaper usually means they are either new in the business and do not have much experience or they are just doing that to lure customers because they dont have a lot of business.
