Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical interaction with our clients begins with a phone call. If a repair is needed; we are likely available the same day or the latest by the next morning. We carry most parts on our trucks for all makes and models so a majority of the repairs can be completed during our first visit to your home.
If you are interested in a new garage door; we offer free in-home consultations. We would simply ask you a few questions over the phone to ensure we understand what type of garage door/entry door you are interested in. Once we have the information, we set up an appointment that works best for you to visit, take measurements, and discuss your options.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Unfortunately, there isn't any form of education that can teach you how to install or repair garage doors. It's a trade where you "learn the ropes" as you go and master the mechanics of all the products in time. Mike, the leading techincian, has well over 20 years experience in this industry and rarely seems to find an issue he cannot fix. If he feels it is not worth repairing; he will also provide you with his honest opinion. No need to spend your hard-earned money only to find out it can be replaced for about the same cost.
