What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Provide a free in person consolutation to inspect the job and gather neccessary information.
Provide an initial labor and material estimate for the customer after consultation.
Review estimate with customer to confim details, materials, applicances, hardware to be installed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I entered this industry by working for a house flipping company and it has been a passion of mine ever since.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in the buisness when I turned from managment to house building as a career in 2018.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have only worked with residential customers with home values ranging from 200-500k in value.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you plan for an account for the time and coordination it may take to get materials and complete an installation which may leave you with out curcial home ammenities for a durration of time. Be sure not to plan remodel work durring a time that would conflict with progress on your job like a holiday party. Determine if you need to be at home or will be away at work as your remodel job is completed.
