What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Scheduling an Appointment
Whether you submitted an online free estimate form or saw an advertisement and called in you will speak our scheduling department, they will be your primary point of contact. Our scheduling department prepares every customer ahead of time with a packet of information about what to expect from the job. At every step, you’ll know exactly what’s going to happen and when.
A Free Estimate with One of Our Home Solution Experts
Your time is important to us. One of our Home Solution Experts will show up on time and in a clearly marked vehicle. We begin with a thorough inspection of your home. We discuss with you the project options to improve your home in a way that’s best understood between us and the homeowner. During this time, we discuss everything from price to color choices, and payment options.
Day of Installation
The installation crew will arrive in a clearly marked vehicle. The crew foreman will get out and ring the doorbell and go over any questions you may have. Then we begin the installation process. Once our installation process is completed our goal is to remove and dispose of all project debris, clean up haul away and leave your home cleaner than when we started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years of midwest construction and remodeling experience. Our company mission statement; We are committed to providing our customers with excellent customer service, quality workmanship, and products that will last a lifetime. Twice a year we host an installer training summit, ensuring our techniques are up to date with the latest industry trends and safety practices. We utilize role-playing scenarios with our crew about jobsite situations, warranting everyone is up to date with our company practices and policies.
How did you get started in this business?
I started Hoem Solutions of Iowa as a one-man show at the Iowa State Fair in 2003 and I have over 20 years of construction experience. I started installing in the business in 1997. Since that time, I have opened new businesses in several locations, and now has offices in Iowa, Nebraska, and Oklahoma. I love staying up on the latest procedures and technology in the industry, as well as sitting on the advisory board for Professional Remodeler Magazine.
