We are a family business that builds dreams for the families we work for. We take our 100 plus years of experience and put it to work for you. We do it right. We don't do things 1/2 way.
Making someone's dream house become a reality. Working with clients to make sure they get the home they want. I've seen the good and bad sides of the construction business. I watched a guy get screwed out of money and had his house comdemed.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get the customer's information, show up to do the estimate write a proposal, present it to the customer. once the contract is signed, we schedule the project and get to work. We will not bid by the square foot. Once i have a total cost, then i will divide the cost by the square foot. This is really fair to our customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 100 years of experience on our crew. We are always reading what the new trends are. We follow the code in any local city or county.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
No. Prices are always in flux. This is why we bid every supply and labor cost for your project. One tornado or Hurricane can and does shoot up the materials. This is why we bid everything to be fair to the customer and to us.
How did you get started in this business?
I worked for the family construction business since 1980. This is my 40th year in the business. Started out sweeping floors and being a gopher. Ive don everything in the residential side and some commercial experience. I have also ran projects and have done construction management.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds.young/old, difficult customers, customers who appreciate the work we do.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Finished a basement and my Dad had to have emergency brain surgery. The customer was more than understanding. I worked when iI could and was with Dad when i could.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
1. Ask questions and don't be afraid to ask questions. 2. Let the contractor educate you on how this is done. 3. Make sure the contractor's bid states what kind of work will be done. 4. How are change orders handled. 5. Do not guve the contractor 50% or more as a deposit. Contractors do have to pay materials up front. Those would be the 5 questions i would ask up front. Once you picked a contrCtor, ask for references.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
1. Make sure you start with money does not matter. We all know it does. The reason i say this is I've seen customers not get what they want. 2. If the contractor asks what is the budget is, TELL THEM. This way no one is wasting their time or yours. Prevents sticker shock. 3. Understand contractors must talk to the city or county to make sure the project can be done and stay within the boundry lines of your property and stay within the seatback requirements. 5. Make sure you have an idea on what you want. Can the contractor get you what you want.
