What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with the client, disscusing the scope of work and out lining the scheduale of events that will create documentation that allows the contractor to generate a proposal for the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the construction buisness since 1986 and have completed many new homes and remodels during that time.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
All projects will have differenct logistical complexities involved with the work, which will change ther per square foot cost to each project.
How did you get started in this business?
Worked as a superintendent for a construction company and then broke away and started spec home building with my family.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with both small commercial and residential customers.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
Completed a Bonded project through HPM in Kailua Hawaii one week ago and clients were extremly happy with the quality of the work and completion of the new home.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Reveiw with the GC his or her qualifications and look at review some of their past work.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Be clear on the scope of work, so that there is no discrepancy in regards to what the pro will be quoting.
