I developed a motto when I decided to open for business and it has defined my work since the beginning, "We will not perform any repairs on your property that we wouldn't do to our own". I let this motto shine throughout all of my work. I haven't had any issues thus far because it. I have a high standard and it's more important to me that the customer is satisfied with my work than the payment at the end. If it takes longer to do something right then rushing through it and finishing faster then it takes longer. I may not be as fast as the next guy but it'll be done right if I'm doing it.
I've always enjoyed helping people and when I can fix something, build something, remodel something and it my clients happy then I am able to gain a certain satisfaction from it, a validation if you will. Plus I just like to repair something that was broken and make it right again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I receive a call, email or text from the potential client. I respond and speak with them, discussing the details and scope of work. Schedule a convenient time to meet and review, in person, what they would like as a finished project and explain in detail how I would complete the project and what materials are needed to do so. Provide them with a , free on-site estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am over five years experience in the sign industry, automotive industry, painting, fabrication, set up and design fields.
I am certified by gripgard/gripflex to spray all of their pms paints under any conditions.
5 yrs experience fabricating signage from various types of materials, whether its granite or cedar, sintra or aluminum.

Solely based on the job at hand:
By the hr: $50 per hr for large and/or dangerous tasks and $40 per hr for smaller or safer tasks.
If it is a remodel or renovation or simply a long list tasks I will usually price or cost it out by the job
