I am an engineer and was taught to take a problem, break it into pieces, analyze each piece and find out how they fit together. Once I arrive at an understanding of it, I begin creating solutions with the help and suggestions from our employees and subcontractors. That is our strength when compared to other contractors.
I am a retired developer of subdivisions in Puerto Rico and my experience includes project planning, feasibility studies, securing financing; in short, the complete construction cycle and sales of homes. All of this was accomplished with the help of a complete team of professionals handling each phase of the project. Some of our projects included the construction and sales of close to three hundred (300) homes for moderate income families.
It is now my goal to teach and help a group of immigrants to get into this wonderful business of remodeling, with the purpose of training them to run a profitable construction business and growing it to a meaningful level.
