What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether you are looking for Painters or Qualified Tree Service Specialist, we like to set up appointments with our clients for free estimates with certified and trained project managers who can accurately assess any given situation. Once an assessment is made an estimate in then generated. Upon acceptance of a written contract signed by our clients we then move forward in scheduling the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have licensed and certified ISA Approved Arborist on Staff.

All companys in our industry generally have a project minimum. Ours is set at $750 as a company policy.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
We always advise our clients to make sure who ever you hire to do this type of work is fully licensed and insured and have workman's comp added to their policy. We have recently been rated the number one most dangerous industry by both Time magazine and Forbes.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Clients should have HOA approval to paint their homes or remove any trees before requesting an expert to evaluate their property. Permits needed with the city you preside in can be filed through the company by a certified arborist or project manager.
