Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get the information related to the problem and begin working immediately. We quote you, and then once you say yes, the process is completed with minimal input from you; hence, it is hassle-free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our workers are all certified by the International Society of Arboriculture. In addition to that, we also put in additional training so our workers are exceptional at their craft. More experience = less hassle for you
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Prices are based on the top of problem involved, contact us for more details on pricing.
How did you get started in this business?
We got started after seeing the lack of quality tree service companies out there, which created so much hassle with insurance issues, tardiness to work, and other atrocious findings. We created the company to raise the bar so high that we would be the only choice possible. There will be no competition.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with apartment tenants, landlords, single families, business owners, government officials; pretty much any place that has a tree nearby usually contacts us.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
There was a tree that fell on the property of a church that we were called to fix and take care of, because it was occupying much of the space. We rushed over there, gave them the quote, and immediately we got the job done without any problems in between.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a company in your area of expertise?
Call them first and get that impression quickly. Many companies are able to have a pretty website, yet are terrible business partners. You need to call someone and get that gut feeling to know if you are talking with a professional or a scam.
What questions should customers think through before talking to companies about their needs?
They should never mention price. The company should treat you as though you are worth a million dollars. If you treat your patrons like that, you will be amazed, and we mean amazed, at how much more you will be willing to pay for any services they have, because you will have confidence in them.
