I really like it when a client wants to do some work but they are somewhat nervous about doing the job because they arent sure of what it may look like when done or if they are doing the right thing...when they make their suggestions to what they want to do I listen to them and I may show them what they are going to do is going to be either a good decision or not.. and I may suggest something different and paint a visual picture of what the end result may be,

When we are done with a job that we worked closely with the client that was unsure and they walk out of the house and look at the completed job and there is a huge smile on their face..There is such a great feeling that you made this customer happy and went beyond their expectations...
