What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy talking with new customers on the phone or in person and listening to them. That way I can ask questions and get a better perspective of what's going on with the plumbing issues so we can resolve them more accurately.
How did you get started in this business?
My dad got me started in the plumbing industry. When I was younger I used to go help him with plumbing repairs.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don't be scared to ask questions. Make sure they keep you informed of what they are gonna do or what they are doing. If you don't understand something , make them explain it to you so you will be more comfortable about what they are doing. And make sure they are always upfront as much as possible about what the repair or install is going to cost you.
