I have been a builder since 1983. I have built ove 200 homes. Even when I build the same model over again I always like to change something to make it unique.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

In the begining, we meet to go over what you want in a new home, walk the lot and go over budgets.

Then we look at different plans that meet these criteria. If necessary we can have custom architectual plans drawn. then we execute the contract to build your new home.

We help you with selections, arrange for you to visit showrooms and work with our designers.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a BS degree in business. I have been building since 1983. I am aloso an experienced insurance adjuster.
