Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer contacts us, the office coordinates with them to send out the personnel necessary to accomplish the task the customer needs taken care of.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I, Robby Wiley, have an unrestricted State License in Georgia. Add to that technical training on heat pumps through Georgia Power, and over 300 classes on gas appliances and many, many other types of equipment and refrigeration processes.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Estimates on installations are free.
We have a standard trip and diagnostic on repairs with a flat rate repair pricing system. This allows us to make repairs without surprises to the customer, and takes the stress off of both the customer and tech of a click ticking.
We also have ac, furnace and heat pump tune up specials.
Our best value on working equipment is our yearly maintenance agreement for both residential and commercial
How did you get started in this business?
I started in Heating and Air conditioning as a helper as a summer job in 1983.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked for thousands of customers at their residences, businesses and a handful of manufacturing plants
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We were recently able to help the oldest bookstore in Georgia obtain commercial financing and replace an old inefficient unit. Without the great commercial financing we can offer, this wouldn't have been an option.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don't focus on price as much as how comfortable you are with the people you meet from the company.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Its really different in each case. But a customer would need to consider how long they plan to live in the home. For longer periods of time, i would recommend higher efficiency equipment for a better return on investment.
