Jairo was very honest and patient with me (he knew I had no clue). He came to my house, listen to want I wanted and then educated me on options out there that can give me the look I wanted within my budget. He gave me an estimate (very reasonable) and told me when he would be available to get started. Him and his partner were on time for phase 1 of my remodeling project, floor installation in the kitchen, dining room, living room and bathrooms. They did an incredible job and made sure everything was cleaned up and back in place before they left. I am so happy how this project turned out. I am so grateful I found this expert Painter!! He is a perfectionist, and passionate about making the paint job look the best it can. I was really worried about my old damaged walls from the 1980s with layers of old paint on top of wallpaper, tons of dings to the drywall, Old tape marks... he really worked a miracle. He spent days patching and smoothing out the drywall. The final product is amazing!! I never thought the walls could look this good!! For all the work he did and his expertise, it was an extremely good price. Alan is honest and very hard-working, he stayed 3 hours extra cleaning up after he finished the paint job. Thank you Alan!!!
