Peter, with Smart Plumbing replied very quickly and arrived on time for his appointment. He assessed the problem with our shower faucet, and he had the part needed on his truck to repair the issue. He also checked our water pressure and let us know it was way to high. He left to get the part needed to fix it and returned quickly to make the repair there. We are very happy with the professionalism shown to us and we WILL be calling Peter with any plumbing issues in the future. We recommend Peter & Smart Plumbing Highly.

Fast, responsive, professional, happy to help and educate. Good human being. He fixed a badly clogged bathtub drain and walked me through the process. He gave me pros and cons on different ways to prevent clogs. He also diagnosed a failed water pressure regulator which will probably save me numerous headaches and money.
