What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm old school, therefore, meeting with clients and getting to know exactly what they're wanting to do is of the utmost importance. This is job one. Everything, from start to finish, is explained right when the estimate is approved. From there, as the process goes, constant communication is provided so that there's never a misunderstanding, as well as enough time to make any changes the client may want.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
7 years in new custom home construction and remodeling. Licensed GC in Georgia, SC, NC, and Alabama.
