What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to find out their needs and then what they may or may not be looking for. Really, if a customer knows their budget and we can operate within that budget, like a new install, they we are both winners. Just be honest and show them that we truly want them as a life time customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
nearly 40 years in this industry and still working. I have a warm air license for the state of Georgia. Nate certified, EPA Certified. 4 hours continuing edcation yearly.

How did you get started in this business?
Worked for a HVAC Service company for 4 years before going to school and getting my License. Just saw how this company was not very honest with their customers so figured, I could do better and be honest about it, could make a living. So, in 1994, started my company.

The Good, the bad and the Great ones. All types. We service every person.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Just do your home work, check the company out. Good place to start, the BBB and Angie's list. Make sure the company is for real and fully insured.
