Beware of doing business with Venture Capital Construction LLC based in Alpharetta, GA at your own risk! I had a contract to redo my deck with TREX and the terms of the contract written by Mr Steve Smith was to pay 1/2 of the cost before he started, 1/4 of the cost after he was half way finished, and then the final 1/4 of the cost after he finished. After providing half of the material and finishing half of the deck Mr Steve Smith never returned and has made himself unreachable after trying to contact him multiple times. I ended up having to buy the rest of the TREX material for the deck which is about the same amount of money that I would have had to pay him to finish the job plus I had to spend extra money to hire someone else to finish the job. The job was started in the end of October 2022 and I havent been able to get him on the phone since then and this month is April 2023. This is my first time being scammed as a homeowner for repairs. Very bad buisness and fraudlent business!

Our original project was to develope a garage into living space. However after many changes on our side and Venture capital construction LLC guidence we developed the garage into a 2 bedroom, large sitting area, a connected laundry room into an attached kitchen area and the half bath into a complete full bath with a travertine floors and tile shower area.. beautiful.. and a separate laundry closet.. renting now at $1500p/m. Yes cost more but was well worth it.

We had called in VENTURE CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION LLC after obtaining a completely demolished home from the hoarding type, 3-4 weeks later, we had a new roof, completely gutted and rehabbed interior...a 150% ROI on our investment. Spot on construction. Thanks VENTURE
