Because we have project managers who are always checking on jobs and able to answer questions during the project. We have a local storefront that is easy to get to if you need to come by the showroom.
I have been in this industry for almost 20 years now and I have always enjoyed being able to offer remodels for all budgets. The way I grew up we never did remodels because of price. So I am passionate about being able to carry a lot of lines to be able to offer something for everyone. I enjoy being able to give people something they can enjoy and use everyday. Something they are proud of.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come measure either before a showroom visit or after a showroom visit. We will then draw a new design of a kitchen in our software. If the customer likes the new layout and all selections we will price the job.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
No standard price because all houses are different and may need more/less work than others. Our labor prices are the same just some jobs may require more floor prep etc
How did you get started in this business?
I started in the flooring industry after school and expanded with kitchen and bath remodels handling ever step.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with builders, Remodler, restoration companies, home owners, commercial jobs, insurance companies.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I think it is important hiring a company that has a store front (does all the work in-house) and does not have to try to find someone that will not finish the job. We do it all and are easy to find.
