How did you get started in this business?
I work as a foreman for a total home service company and decided tp open this company August of 2006. I had 10 years experience working for a major company and decided that what was best for me and my family financial future was to open my own company. We prayed about it for 2 months before we decided to officially open our doors for service.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of customers. We work with residential and commercial customers to complete there project at hand.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We support our armed services and our first responders.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
We would talk to the company and see if they are qualified to do my project at hand. Then I would only pay for materials up front no labor till the job is completed. If its a small repair like appliance, hvac, plumbing or electrical then they would be required to pay a service call fee to come out and diagnosis the issue at hand.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What in detail is the job at hand? What all materials are going to be needed to complete the project? What is the cost of materials and what is the cost of labor to complete the project?
