We are a licensed and insured Design-Build General Contractor. We specialize in new home construction, turn-key remodeling, and project management. At KJD Development & Renovations we NEVER TAKE ANY ONE for granted, we listen to our clients. We provide value in our services, and go above and beyond to make people feel like they are our only customer. All of our work is insured, guaranteed and comes with a one-year written warranty agreement.
We are a state licensed and insured full-service design - build firm. Our years of experience, training, and certification have given us the expertise to cover all our clients’ construction needs. No job is too big for our team to handle. We take our professional responsibilities seriously, and we take every precaution to ensure we meet all industry regulations. But we go beyond merely meeting the standard.
What I like about the most about my job is building long lasting relationships with my customers by doing excellent quality work that they come to expect job after job. The pleasure of seeing a smiling face of my customer after a job that was well done to their satisfaction!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the initial call we listen listen carfully to the customer's needs or service request. We then ask specific questons to learn about what our cutomer's goals are and help them to achieve them. Our next step is to build trust and a long lasting relationship for years to come.

How did you get started in this business?
I worked in the construction maintenance field for a number of years for an Industrial Maintenance company in the Virgin Islands in a aluminum plant - Martin Marietta at the time. Year later I worked for a general contractor on St.Croix USVI. Years later I started my construction company in New Orleans, LA. Later move to Georgia after Hurricance Katrina to establish my design build firm in the Atlanta Metro market.
