What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. We meet and go over ideas, i want to know if the client is going for a look or feeling.
2. Price the project out transparently. Obviously the client wants the best price showing the material cost and labor fees are important. The client will have an idea of what we make as profit as well.
3. Blueprints and permits.
4. We break ground.
