What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer, I will talk to them about my business how it runs. I would show them my hard work I do in the lawn and how good my abilities are.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ever since I was little I always like to work with my dad. He was working in a nursery and I liked learn about plants and how to cut the grass. He opened his own lawn care business, so I learned a lot from him. I went to high school and I took a agricultural class for two years. I enjoy being outside in the nature.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I'm currently working on that to get the accurate pricing depending on the lawn.
How did you get started in this business?
I am currently working for Barry Layman and he advised me to open my current business. I have a project with him about lawn care.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I am just starting my business so I only have one client at the moment and he treats me really well.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The project I am doing right now laying sod, putting gardening boxes together, watering plants, trimming them, designing, keeping the plants clean.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would give advice depending on the job that they want.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I would ask them if they know how to do the specific job. I would ask them to show pictures of there recent work.
