I like to make sure every job is done correctly according to codes from local and state agencies. I go as far as hud codes, to make sure every job is done in accordance with these specefic codes. Otherwise I would be no different than thevnext guy? I want to build or design your vision, as long as its within reason and your budget. I care about people and If its not good enough for my house, I refuse to leave it unsafe or unfinished.
