What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer would place the order by phone or online. A dispatch would be entered into the system. And a security professional would be dispatched to the customers location.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the industry for 34 years and have attended multiple traing classed over the years. And have passed the test required for the Certifed Registered Locksmth (CRL) and Fire Door Assembly Inspector (FDAI) certifications. We also keep up with local building codes to make sure your building stays in compliance.
