And because of this, our customers come back to us year after year, referring their friends and family as well. At Central Fence we provide residential installation to a 100 mile radius from any of our 4 locations. We provide commercial installation to the state of Georgia.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Central Fence we provide free estimates. We like to meet the customer at the project site. Acquire the needed information to provide an estimate. If the customer accepts then the contract is signed. The call is placed for the dig number and the project is added to the project calendar. Payment is required upon completion of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Central Fence has been a family business since 1964. We have acquired the skills needed to provide professional installation of fence and gates, and access control.

Fence projects, like customers are each unique. Prices differ for chain link, vinyl coated chain link, wood, vinyl, ornamental. No two projects are alike, and all projects are special to us. We take many factors into consideration when providing an estimate for our customers.
How did you get started in this business?
Central Fence is a family owned business that was established in 1964 by Robert Hutheson. When Robert started the business it was him one other employee working out of a small building and one truck. God has truly blessed us, and we have grown. We are blessed to have repeat customers and now have 32 employees and a fleet of trucks.
What types of customers have you worked with?
At Central Fence we have had many residential customers from many counties around us. As for commercial we now cover the state of Georgia. We have worked in Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, and Kansas. We have worked with power companies, contractors, schools, colleges, daycares, city and county government, jails and prisons.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Our advice would be to meet with your fence contractor. A personal customer relationship is important when planning and completing your project. Provide the most accurate information that you have. Know where your property markers are. If your neighborhood has an ordinance or covenant. Ask for references or projects in your area that you could talk with or visit. Talk to other customers and ask about their experience with the company.
