What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact via phone or text . Setup appointment and then arrive on site to determine scope of work . Estimate will be provided at that time (trip charge may apply) and deposit will be required to lock in the work or repair .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Low voltage engineer and certified RING, cable RF engineer , TIER 4 security/CCTV/Access control. Electrical work as well.

Service calls are $50 onsite trip charge ( material if not warranteed will be an extra cost )
