What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The ultimate home shopping experience! I meet with my customers and listen carefully to their wants and needs, I do consultations if desired, I then return from my vehicle with those products. I carry everything that Empire Today carries. I measure and build the floor plan into my tablet for our installers. I then present the price utilizing Empire's best possible discounts. I get management to approve the customers discounted price. Financing options are offered. No interest is possible, also our easy payment plan.
Next day install is usually possible. The lowest possible deposit is received. Customer is now ready for their installation.
