What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with a new customer is quick and easy. We ask a questions over the phone. Then we scheduled a date and time to come out.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years experience with appliance repair and factory trained. HVAC/ Refrigeration certified. EPA certified. NATE certified.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I offer flate rate, upfront pricing options. There is a $80 diagnostic/trip charge fee if you decide not to move forward with repairs.

I have 10+ years repairing equipment in residential and commercial buildings.

I recently had a customer who was told they would have to replace their refrigerator due to it no longer cooling. I was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem and save them money.
