What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk with homeowners over phone with details of project. Meet homeowners at jobsite to get measurement s and discuss preferences and within 2 business days have complete estimate. On all projects we sign a typed agreement on payments and duties to fulfill
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been certified at GAF for installation of asphalt shingles also certified through SRS Southeast Roofing Solutions for torch down Roofing and also certified osrs for standing seam hidden Fastener Roofing with lifetime warranty and also my five rib Mastercraft Roofing comes with a 40 year warranty

No not to all my services, some service has yes I can say I do I get paid by the square or by the foot but there is all kind of a tribute to change the price he's a lower or higher thickness where the roof is located two story window one story windows just ask him examples
