    Frequently asked questions

When a residential owner suffers a property insurance claim, a complexity of circumstances are created. For a majority of people they would have no past experiences in dealing with such an event. Depending on the size of the claim, the insured may also need to find temporary housing.

Other dilemmas residential owners would not normally know how to deal with are issues like depreciation, replacement versus repair of damaged goods, distinguishing repairable from total loss items and preparing/submitting costs for living expenses. In situations where a damaged item should be replaced and not cleaned, the insurance company is entitled to try to clean it and may require this procedure prior to replacing the item. However, if after cleaning, the work is still not acceptable, the insured may not have enough coverage to replace the item. ClaimPros Service knows just how to protect the insured in these situations, even if it means exceeding policy limits if necessary.

First you must train under a supervisor for a year before coming a Public Adjuster.  Then there is a state test and license required.  We also have to maintain a $50,000 bond every year.

Public Adjuster get paid on a percent of what is recovered on the claim.  If a public adjuster can not recover any money, then the homeowner does not pay.

My father in law started doing Public Adjusting a few years before me.  When he got into it, it was something i was definetly intrested in.

I work with all kinds of homeowners or commercial buildings

I would tell the homeowner if you don't hire me as a Public Adjuster definetly hire a Public Adjuster to maintain your claim.  The insurance company does not have your best interest.

None.  If you have a claim you could always call me out for an inspection of the damage.  If I don't think it's worth the claim I would tell the homeowner.  I wouldn't want the homeowner to just make a claim.
