Hello, my name is Henry Benitez and along with my business partner Jorge Mateu back in 2016 we decided to open up our own Property Maintenance company(s). We have a total of 6 employees in two different companies, Environmental Precision Pest Control and Precision Cuts & LawnCare. Our passion and goal has always been to build a one of a kind one stop shop Property Maintenance Company(s) along with the best customer satisfaction, to go above and beyond, to exceed job expectations to keep and continue recuring services. After all, what is a small company without a content and loyal customer basis. We are licenced an insured with 15 years of experience and over $5.5 million dollar liability insurance between both companies. Our company(s) are qualified for any property maintenance needs and preferences from Pest Control, Pressure/Power Washing to any Landscaping, Tree Trimmings and Clean Up work. We cover areas from Palm Beach County all the way down to Miami Dade County, no job is too big or too challenging for our company, customer satisfaction guaranteed.

Make an appointment after listening or reading their wants or needs. Show up on time to the property, meet the point of contact then take a walk around and assess the areas of concern.
