The company was founded in 1992. We have been involved in all types of real estate development and construction in all sectors of the market. We provide the following; due diligence, needs assessment, entitlements, design development, feasibility analysis, zoning & permitting, construction & project management, tunr-key development, project reporting, property conditions assessment and owner's representative services.

Practiced architecture for fourteen years, been involved in the real estate development and construction industy for over thirty five years. Company has been in business for twenty five years.

Fees for the work we do can be on an hourly basis or a fixed fee based on the scope of the work. The hourly rate is $250.00
How did you get started in this business?
Was working in the corporate world in real estate development and got laid off. Thats when i started my own business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
High net worth individuals, Home owner associations, architects, contractors, lenders, attorneys, real estate professionals.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your due diligence, make sure the firm or person you are hiring can handle the work required
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If possible have an idea as to what they are planning if no idea solicit an opinion from the perspective hire, it really depends on what the individual or person is looking to do.
Be a good listener.
My goal is to have a happy client because that happy client is my next project. I always strive to manage expectations.
