What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer contacts us, either by phone, or email, we introduce ourselves, ask what services they are looking for, explain our process for the service(s) requested and discuss base pricing. We offer to look up the property in order to provide a more accurate estimate, or offer to visit the property. If the customer is happy with the information we've provided, we set up an appointment.
