Philip is obviously a hard working small business man. I chose him because he was less expensive and actually received an email from a person who said I must have chose him because he was the cheapest and that the quality of the job I would get. I then asked that person that I received estimates higher than his so did that mean I shouldnt select HIM because he was not the highest and Id get a better job from someone charging more than him?. He didnt reply to that. Anyway Philip did a very good job at a very reasonable price. He even offered to spray out my garage ( it was empty and I was moving) and a window ledge at no charge. THIS is when you tip people and I did exactly that for him. Id recommend him to anyone. He was also very responsive to messaging and showed up early for our appointment that was made 2 weeks in advance. A nice young man.
