Listen to the customers request.
Explain to the customer the reason why it happened and how can it be fixed, installed or repaired.
Cost of the parts and total price of the job, backed up with a 30 days warranty.
I'm very reasonable with the prices, I would not charge the customer for something that I wouldn't pay for
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started as a plumbing helper on 2003 here in Florida, after a few years I moved to Puerto Rico and continued as a plumbing helper then I moved to NYC , then I started as a junior plumbing mechanic in 2010.
